Visitor & Information Programs offers daily prospective student tours and lots of information to visitors, but we are also here to serve the UW–Madison campus community. Whether you need information on student services, help finding a building, or contact info for a specific department, we can help. Do you have questions about Madison? We can answer those, too. It’s easy to use our free services:

  • Talk to friendly Information Guides at any of our three locations: Campus Information Center at the Red Gym, Welcome Center at 21 N. Park St., and the Bascom Information Desk on the 1st floor of Bascom Hall.
  • Send an email to Ask Bucky.
  • Get to know our dynamic campus on a Walking Tour.

Or, feel free to call us. Just add our Campus Information Hotline number to your cell phone: 608/263-2400.
